‘Siam’ is an independent family run business which opened in April 2006. This vast building overlooking the Shropshire Union Canal has been tastefully transformed and offers fine dining split between three floors. On the ground floor is Chester’s first Japanese Teppan-yaki restaurant while upstairs is our authentic Thai restaurant and bar.

There are two restaurants within ‘Siam’- on the ground floor we have the Japanese Teppanyaki and upstairs is the Thai restaurant and bar. The menu and experience in each restaurant is quite different so please see the relevant sections of the website for more information before making your reservation.

Booking is recommended particularly at peak times, however, we also have tables available for customers without reservations on a first come first served basis. To make a reservation please complete this booking request form and we'll reply as soon as possible (normally within a few hours when we're open). We will always respond to your booking request/email so please also check your Junk mail folder if you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours.

For bookings less than 3 hours ahead, please call 01244 403222 as we may not respond to your email in time.
